WHAT IS REIKI?
Explaining Reiki can be challenging.
It is an abstract concept but as real as the air you can't see.
All matter is made up of energy, according to Albert Einstein.
And all matter has a certain density and rate of vibration.
Nothing on this planet is actually solid, it only appears solid.
All particles fall then within the spectrum of light and fast moving or heavy and slow moving particles.
Air would be an invisible, light moving particle. A rock would be an example of s dense vibrating group of particles.
The human body, similarly is range of light and dense particles all the way down to the cellular level.
Reiki is of the lightest, highest vibrating form of energy particles and has a evolutionary effect with the heavy vibrations on this planet and in the human body.
By allowing your body to contact a higher vibrating energy, in the form of Reiki in this case, the
slower vibrating energy is sloughed off the body in order to sustain that frequency
of high vibrating energy.
The energy, both positive and negative, of all the thoughts and beliefs we buy into are stored
or registered into the cells of our bodies. The more often a belief is reinforced over time
the more physical that belief comes, manifested in all we do and say. Similarly, emotions
that we do not let pass through our bodies reside in our cells, just waiting to be released.
The more negative reaction we have about the emotion the more toxic the energy is
stored in our body's cells and energy centers. The longer these toxins are kept locked up,
the greater the imbalance they convert into. Left ignored the message takes on the
eventual materialization such as dis-ease.
Reiki has a gentle, safe and naturally effortless way to cleanse stored toxins or
accumulated emotions. It is through this distillation of the cells of the physical
body that restores emotional balance, which ultimately promotes relaxation and
sustained inner wellness. This cleansing also naturally produces a more positive
perspective and outlook during the various cycles of life's journey.

What Does a Session Feel Like?
HANDS ON YET HANDS FREE
This natural energy has amazing potential to assist in every aspect of your journey and on
every level of your body. It is a hands on form of Traditional Eastern energy work. Reiki flows
through a light touch from a practitioner palms to the receiver, while working with the body's
natural energy systems, called chakras. Reiki moves through the chakra's energy points, with
rebalancing and positively rejuvenating affects on every level of the Body, Mind and Soul Temple.
Reiki practitioners are specially trained and attuned (" initiated" to the Reiki energy) by a
Reiki Master. He or she then becomes a channel for the natural energy allowing it to flow through
them into the client.
During the process of working with Reiki and your body, you may begin to feel any range of subtle physical sensations like heat or warmth but not limited to other such sensations as: immediate and enduring stress relief; calming of anxiety and tensions; increased physical and mental well being; emotional freedom; inner awareness; mindfulness; gratitude for life. The more you work with bringing the high voltage energy into your lower voltage physical body, the faster your vibration will become. Resulting, of course in that frequency reflecting itself in every aspect of life or the physical manifestation of this new frequency in your thoughts and actions.
